Every order is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to correct an order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
