Shipping policy

Rooted Calm offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Each Rooted Calm bottle is made to order after your order is placed. This allows us to keep each bottle fresh and reduce waste.

Orders are prepared for fulfillment within 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days.

Most orders arrive within approximately 6 to 9 business days from the order date. Delivery may take a little longer during busy periods and the holiday season.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delayed or missing packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 9 business days, or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email hello@rootedcalm.co with your order number. We’ll look into it with the carrier and help you sort it out.
